Wine

The wine program at Cove will highlight low intervention wines and will explore a history of influence between generations of winemakers. The list will feature approximately 400 wines with a focus on French and American producers, as well as nods to the previous wine list at Gem. Cove will offer a wine pairing crafted in deep collaboration between Chef Flynn McGarry and Wine Director Paris McGarry to accompany the eight-course kitchen menu. This can be ordered as either the full pairing or by the glass.
