Main dining room and bar

Our 40 seat main dining room serves an ala carte or family style set menu. The ala carte menu changes frequently and is focused around the produce we source from local farmers and our garden in Brookhaven NY. Each night we will offer a 4 dish family style dinner alongside our ala carte menu featuring daily specials from our kitchen team.

Our 8 bar seats directly face the open kitchen and offer both our 8 course tasting, family style or a la carte dining options. The bar offers a close kitchen experience unlike any other space in the restaurant.

Kitchen room

Our 30 seat kitchen room is the full experience at cove. The 8 course menu focuses on the highest quality produce with local fish and meat mixed into the meal. Each night we will have additional large format proteins to add into the menu, showcasing small local farmers and fisherman. Alongside the menu, we offer an optional wine or juice pairing for $125 and $75 dollars.
